CareDox's Healthy Schools program partners with state Medicaid plans and school districts to offer in-school annual check-ups to underserved students who have limited access to quality care. Annual check-ups are recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Providing annual in-school check-ups

Our annual check-up, recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics Bright Futures program, provides a comprehensive overview of a child’s health can satisfy your child’s high school sports physical requirement.

We include the following services in our check-up:

  • Hearing screening
  • BMI and vitals screening
  • Medical history review
  • Nutrition Counseling
  • Mental health assessment
  • Health education
  • Immunizations
  • Comprehensive risk assessment (Home, Education, Eating, Activities, Drugs, Safety, Sex, Suicidality/Mental Health)
  • Referrals when needed
